About SSC CGL

The Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC CGL exam to recruit candidates into various organizations, departments, offices under the Government of India. It is a national level exam and recruitment to Group B and Group C posts in government departments is done through this exam.

Eligibility Criteria

 Age Limit – The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 32 years.

Age Relaxation: OBC: 3 Years, SC/ST: 5 Years, PwD: 10 Years.

SSC CGL Educational Qualification

Assistant Audit Officer Bachelor’s Degree in any  Stream
Statistical Investigator Grade-II Post A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks in Mathematics in Class 12th.

OR

A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with Statistics as one of the subjects in graduation.

Compiler Posts Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University with either Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics as a compulsory or elective subject. Meeting this requirement is essential for eligibility for the roles that necessitate a background in Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
All Other Posts Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification to be eligible for SSC CGL
